Our 6th form students received their exam results today and everyone at Hove Park School would like to congratulate them on their achievements! Their accomplishments will allow them to move on to the next step of their career pathways, whether that is university, an apprenticeship, or straight into the world of work.
Individual success stories include….
- Bernadette – Has been accepted on a degree course at Brighton University to study English Language and Literature
- Gracie – Has already started a Level 3 apprenticeship in childcare
- Louisa – Has been accepted on a degree course at the University of Chichester to study History and Creative Writing
- Nye – Has started a digital media apprenticeship with a local company
We are very proud of all our students hard work, but also the resilience they have shown over the last couple of years. Many students who took exams this year were unable to sit GCSEs in 2021 and so this summer’s exams were their first experience of external assessments.
Head teacher Jim Roberts praised both students and staff. He said:
‘I would like to congratulate all our students and commend them on their achievements. Our aim at Hove Park 6th Form is to help students move forwards and take the next step in their chosen career path. These results reflect our students’ hard work and the high-quality teaching and pastoral support provided to them by the school. We wish them all the very best and look forward to hearing about their future successes.’
