Curriculum

In the maths curriculum, we ensure that all students at Hove Park School develop the skills to be independent and creative problem solvers. We study the 5 main elements of Number, Proportion and Ratio, Algebra, Geometry and Measure, and Statistics. As a result, students will gain the building blocks in mathematics to enable them to apply their knowledge to any problem or real world situation. In doing so they will also develop the confidence to approach problems logically, with resilience and a growth mind-set.
