iPad Insurance Claims

Submitting a claim

At Hove Park, iPads purchased as part of our school package are insured for up to a maximum of 3 years from the date of purchase. This insurance policy is purchased via a 3rd party insurer and is valid only for the time students are attending Hove Park School.

To submit an insurance claim, please follow the link below providing as much detail as possible. This will prevent delays if the insurer should require further information or clarification.

Claims should be submitted within 14 days of damage/theft occurring to the iPad. Claims made after this date will not be covered by the insurance policy.

Please note the following are not covered by the insurance policy:


Deliberate damage e.g. caused by carelessness


  • Theft of an unattended iPad
  • Lost or misplaced iPads
  • iPads damaged whilst not in a protective case
  • iPads damaged without a screen protector – all iPads are fitted with a screen protector at purchase or on return from a previous claim
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Wear and tear or gradual deterioration

Claims may be subject to an excess payment. If an excess payment is required we will contact you on behalf of the insurer to arrange payment.
